"This duo from Amsterdam and Rotterdam gets more out of two acoustic guitars than all the contestants on an average singer/songwriter competition together. The musicians try to sound with the two of them like a whole band and they succeed pretty well. The tracks aren’t song-orientated but repetitive of nature, with biting dissonants and layered chords. This is what Sonic Youth would have sounded like before the outbreak of the industrial revolution. Finishing tracks Show me a Way and She Ain’t Dead are a stiff variant on disturbed garagerock."
